How to prepare

Add one cup of water and approximately one heaped teaspoon of coffee per person to a cezve (Turkish coffee pot). Add sugar if desired, stir before heating and slowly bring to a gentle foam. Pour into a small Turkish coffee cup and allow the grounds to settle before drinking.
