Return or Cancel an Order

Need to return a product or cancel an order? You can submit your request online through your BlueApril customer account.

Return an order

You have the right to notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

Normal return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is incorrect, damaged or defective.

Cancel an order

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request through our online system.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

You will be asked to access your customer account and select the relevant order. From there, you can submit your return or cancellation request.

You do not need to have created a customer account before placing your order to access your order information.

Prefer another method?

Using the online system is not mandatory. You may also notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@blueapril.nl or use our Model Withdrawal Form.
