Usage:

When you crush the toothpaste tablet between your teeth, it will begin to moisten and foam slightly, thanks to the action of your saliva. You can then brush as you would with regular toothpaste. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Use twice daily. Avoid contact of the tablets in the jar with water.
