Used to remove limescale from appliances like teapots and kettles. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of citric acid in hot water in the teapot. Limescale will quickly disappear.
You can use it as a spray on superficial limescale stains by dissolving it in water. (For example, on bathroom and kitchen faucets) Dissolve 2 tablespoons of the product in a glass of hot water.
For dishwasher cleaning: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the product into the detergent dispenser and 2 tablespoons onto the base of the machine, then run the machine empty at 70 degrees Celsius.
If your dishes appear white and hazy in the dishwasher or your water is hard, add 1 teaspoon of descaler to the detergent dispenser in addition to the detergent.
For washing machine cleaning: Add 4 tablespoons of descaler to the drum and run the machine empty at 90 degrees Celsius.
